Shipping policy

We will not be held liable for any damages to your order and is delivered at your own risk. We are also not liable for damage/theft to the ordered product, caused by an appointed courier company. When delivering, we'll only offload where a vehicle is able to access, and 2 meters from the delivery vehicle.

 

Should any additional courier fees incur, we'll make contact with you. If the additional courier fees are not accepted and a refund is requested, a 15% processing fee will be deducted from the order total. For more info, refer to our Refund Policy.
